Terms of Service
Effective date: May 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using UClass.one, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Natalia Aksenenko (IČO: 22474650), the operator of UClass.one.
2. Description of Service
UClass.one is a client-management platform designed for coaches, teachers, and other independent instructors ("Instructors"). The platform allows Instructors to manage their clients, schedules, attendance, payments, and related records.
3. Account Registration and Security
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You may also sign in using Google or Apple authentication.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us promptly at support@uclass.one if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- We may use anti-abuse and security checks, including Cloudflare Turnstile, to protect registration, account deletion, and other sensitive forms from automated abuse.
- Accounts that are not activated within 48 hours of registration are suspended. If not activated within a further 30 days, they are permanently deleted.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
- UClass.one offers free and paid subscription tiers.
- The free tier is available without payment and may include usage limits such as the number of clients you can manage.
- Paid tiers, including the Solo plan, are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions where available. The subscription title, duration, price, and any trial or promotional terms are shown in the application before purchase.
- If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another supported store, your purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests are handled by that store under its own terms and policies. UClass.one does not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise required by the store through which you subscribed. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account, Google Play account, or other applicable store account settings.
- Deleting your UClass.one account does not cancel any App Store, Google Play, or other store-managed subscription. You must cancel the subscription in the store account where you subscribed.
- If a subscription expires, is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or cannot be renewed, access to paid-tier features may end or revert to the free tier after the current entitlement period and any applicable grace period.
- Features, limits, and pricing for each tier are described within the application.
- We will notify you at least 14 days before any price increase or material feature reduction that we control takes effect. Store-managed price changes may also be communicated through the relevant store.
- Paid subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the refund policy of the store or payment provider through which you purchased.
5. User Responsibilities
As an Instructor using UClass.one, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information in your account.
- Use the platform only for its intended purpose of client and schedule management.
- Act as the data controller for any Client data (student, athlete, or pupil information) you enter into the platform. This means you are responsible for:
- Having a lawful basis (e.g., consent or contractual necessity) to collect and process your Clients' personal data.
- Obtaining explicit consent from Clients (or their parents/legal guardians for minors) before entering health-related data.
- Informing your Clients about how their data is processed, including that it is stored in UClass.one.
- Responding to data subject requests from your Clients (access, correction, deletion).
- Upload files, import data, and use AI-assisted import tools only where you have the right to process the personal data contained in those files.
6. Data Processing
- When you enter Client data into UClass.one, we act as a data processor on your behalf in accordance with GDPR Article 28.
- By accepting these Terms, you (the Instructor) and UClass.one enter into a data processing arrangement under which: UClass.one processes Client data solely on your documented instructions and only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service; UClass.one ensures that persons authorised to process the data are bound by confidentiality; UClass.one implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures (see our Privacy Policy, Section 9); UClass.one engages sub-processors only as listed in our Privacy Policy, Section 7; UClass.one assists you in responding to data subject requests; upon termination of the service, UClass.one will, at the Instructor's choice, either return all Client data in a machine-readable format or permanently delete it, within 30 days.
- The subject-matter of the data processing is: storage, retrieval, display, import parsing, file storage, security verification, email delivery, support, and management of Client data for the purpose of client management. Categories of personal data include names, contact details, dates of birth, health data, scheduling and attendance records, payment information, uploaded import files, and related notes. Categories of data subjects are the Instructor's clients, students, athletes, and their parents or guardians. The duration of processing is for the term of the Instructor's subscription.
- We do not access, use, or disclose Client data except as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the UClass.one service, including through the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, or where required by law.
- For full details on what data we collect, how we protect it, and your rights, please see our Privacy Policy.

- By us. For material violations or legal requirements, we may suspend your account immediately and notify you at the time of suspension. In all other cases, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email.

Certain operations are not yet available as self-service features in the application. For the following requests, please email support@uclass.one. These requests correspond to your rights under the GDPR as described in our Privacy Policy, Section 10. We will respond within one month (this period may be extended by a further two months for complex requests, with notification).
