Subscription cancellation
This page explains how to cancel UClass.one subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play.
App Store and Google Play store-managed subscriptions must be cancelled in the store account where you subscribed.
- For App Store subscriptions, go to the Apple Account or iCloud subscription management page and cancel UClass.one there.
- For Google Play subscriptions, go to the Google Play subscription management page and cancel UClass.one there.
Refunds and cancellations are handled by the store where you subscribed. UClass.one uses RevenueCat to sync subscription status; if access does not update after cancellation or renewal, contact support@uclass.one
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
