Paid UClass.one subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play where available, with RevenueCat used to manage subscription access.
Refunds for App Store and Google Play subscriptions are handled by the store where you subscribed, under that store's refund rules. UClass.one cannot issue store refunds directly.
If your paid access looks wrong after a refund, cancellation, or renewal, contact support@uclass.one
Subscription cancellation is separate from account deletion.
