This request is only for deleting your account.
Active App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled before account deletion can be processed. UClass.one uses RevenueCat subscription status to verify whether paid access is still active.
If you only need to cancel a subscription, use the subscription cancellation page.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is processed and the deletion grace period starts, the following account-associated data is scheduled for permanent deletion:
- Your account profile, email, name, and avatar
- Schools you own and their associated clients, including client names, contact info, and notes
- Groups, attendance records, and check-in history for schools you own
- Payment records and balance history for schools you own
- Schedule and calendar events for schools you own
- Imported files and data derived from them for schools you own
Retention period
- After the deletion grace period starts, your account is deactivated and active sessions are signed out.
- Data is retained for 30 days as a grace period — during this time you can contact support@uclass.one to restore your account.
- After 30 days, eligible data is permanently deleted from active production databases. Associated file-storage objects are targeted for deletion during the same account deletion processing; if a storage cleanup error occurs, they may remain until operational cleanup completes.
- Database and file-storage backups or service-provider copies may retain deleted data for a limited period according to backup rotation; PostgreSQL backups can retain it for up to 4 additional weeks. These copies are used only for disaster recovery.
What may be kept
After deletion completes, we do not keep your app account data for regular product use.
We may keep limited records of deletion/support requests, and other records required to process your deletion request, comply with law, maintain security, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or keep accounting records.
If you were a team member in a school owned by another user, that school's records may remain under the owner's account.
Anonymized aggregate statistics, such as the total number of accounts ever created, may be retained for business analytics but cannot be linked back to you.
